Delegate Hornby moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 25, line 83, after the words “Kanawha County” by inserting the following language:

“: Provided, That any suit brought by a resident of Kanawha County, or any entity or school located within Kanawha County, in which the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission is made a party defendant shall not be brought and prosecuted in Kanawha County but shall be brought and prosecuted in any other county of this state.”
